Flowery Branch, Georgia
Stonebridge Village opened in 2007 to serve Flowery Branch, a Lake Lanier community and home to the Atlanta Falcons’ training campus. The $45 million retail complex provides residents an unrivaled 461,000 square feet of retail and food venues. As one of the town’s most significant developments, PMI was pleased to provide site development services for the 55-acre project.
Spanning over 126 acres, the North Point Commons project included comprehensive site development services for 300,000± square feet of retail, dining, office and hotel space. Key issues were connectivity to the super-regional North Point Mall and continuation of landscape palettes characteristic of the surrounding businesses and neighborhoods.
Located in an upper scale Atlanta suburb, the mixed-use center comprises over 25,000 square feet office and retail space. PMI provided comprehensive site development services for the 1.6-acre project, anchoring one of the area’s busiest intersections.
To address the area's fast-paced population growth, Canton Marketplace offers 1,000,000+ square feet of retail space. Paulson Mitchell provided full site civil services for the 100-acre development of big box retailers, restaurants and boutiques. The land plan also responds to future connectivity with upcoming major hospital, office and residential developments.
